What is an availability inquiry ?

What exactly is an availability inquiry ?

Availability Inquiry:
An availability inquiry is defined as a request for charter yacht dates and/or other information from the yacht.  Both the yacht and requesting party must agree in writing on dates and other charter particulars (i.e. rates, special arrangements etc.) before the reservation can become official and only then can deposits be required to secure a specific time onboard a specific yacht !
