The primary function of a crewed charter yacht broker is to help you, the potential charter yacht guest, select the best-suited charter yacht and crew to meet your needs.

Other responsibilities:

  • Provide you with the most current information for your selection, such as captain and crew profiles, yacht amenities, availability and rates.
  • Answer your questions and reconfirm availability and rates when you are ready to make your decision.
  • Send you a charter contract and preference sheet and follow up for their completion.
  • Collect the deposit and once the funds have cleared, confirm the charter with the clearing house representing the yacht.
  • Forward the charter deposit to the appropriate trust account within the specified time.
  • Provide you with a food and beverage preference form for your completion
  • Provide you with "what-you-should-know-before-you-go" information.
  • Follow up to see if you are happy with the services provided for you.
