Flame is rolling back our rates to 2005 levels: Base price for two people is $9200 and each additional guest is only $1000. We are waiving the surcharge for short charters and, as always, Flame is inclusive of all fees, including the BVI cruising taxes! These prices are good from March 2009 through July 2009"
